Our quality management system

Homewood Consulting is dedicated to providing our customers with a quality and consistent service.

We have developed a set of quality assurance policies and procedures that cover all key processes in the business including:

  • Standard company and administrative procedures
  • Operational procedures
  • Client specific procedures

Our staff are able to access our quality management system through the company network and receive regular training and updates as part of the corrective action and review process.

We also review our individual processes and the quality system on an annual basis for its effectiveness.

How we ensure the quality of tree assessments and arborist reports

To continue to provide high quality, impartial tree assessments and reports the following processes are employed:

  • We only employ experienced and qualified staff
  • All reports undergo peer review
  • New staff members receive mentoring
  • Customer feedback is incorporated
  • We maintain comprehensive procedures and processes
  • Our staff members keep abreast of the latest scientific findings and technology
